Thank you for joining me on my Survivor’s Wife journey!
I started this page as both an outlet for my roller coaster thoughts and a way to help other survivor’s spouses on their journey PC (post-cancer). You don’t have to be a wife to relate – husbands survivor spouses too.
I have devoted my life to our “new normal”. BC (before cancer), we lead a carefree, easy-going lifestyle. Now, we worry about tests, results, diet, exercise and the future; all while trying our best to raise 2 healthy, happy, well-adjusted children.
It is my goal to share my successes and my challenges with you. Not every day is perfect. In fact, few rarely are. At the end of the day, I am content to say, that we are currently happy and healthy and will live every day to its fullest.
My name is Cameron Grant. I am a 40 (gasp) year old mom, wife, business person, sister and friend living in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, a suburb of Providence. A born and raised Rhode Islander, I have tried living in other parts of the country, but New England always calls me home.
Although I have a full-time career, my passion has always been writing. I’m hoping to be able to use this blog to help myself, help others and widen the community that tends to be collateral damage in the war against cancer. Together we are stronger!
